Sharon Peters, Chief Talent Officer of TalentR, has dedicated her career to helping people grow and move forward in their personal and professional development. As the founder of Ovidius Werk, she works as a team and business coach, consultant, trainer, and moderator, guiding individuals and organizations in unlocking their full potential.


Originally trained as a hotel manager, and educated as generational expert, Sharon has always had a natural drive to create meaningful experiences and support others in their journey of growth, thinking ‘human-first’. Throughout her career, including leadership roles as regional director, sales director, and district manager at several renowned companies, personal development has been the common thread in everything she did.


Her continuous desire to learn has led her to further specialize in DISC, Deep Democracy, Scrum, and NIMA-B, bringing both structure and empathy to the way TalentR nurtures talent and development.
